I was getting the run around and then total shut out by a casino that didn't want to pay me what I won. I tried for almost 2 months on my own. I contacted Casino Guru on March 7, 2025, sent them all the proofs and information they asked for and in a little over a week of them stepping in my winnings were in my bank account. (3/15/25)My advice is to keep good records and definitely don't hesitate to ask them for help.This is a free service too.
